Recently, we proudly announced a change in ownership to an Employee Trust Ownership scheme (EOT). We follow the suit of a few local business, but also the likes of more notable ones - such as John Lewis Partnership and Richer Sounds - in this relatively niche, yet bold ownership move.

We're incredibly excited about this new business model, which makes complete sense for us, having been independently owned for over 30 years and where our strengths and competitive advantage are our people.

The committed and collaborative approach to our work matches the collaborative investment in the business long-term. It's great to know our company ethos, values and approach will be secure and that we can all share in the value we create.

Each member of our board of directors has racked up more than 25 years' of BMS experience and has made significant contributions to our business. Each one brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organisation, and will help us achieve our long-term goals.

Pete Church

Pete has been with the company for over 30 years and played a key part in its organic growth; he heads up the Maintenance & Energy divisions.

Mark Logan

With over 25 years' experience in BMS and engineering, Mark's knowledge and expertise is second-to-none. He leads the Contracts division across all sectors.

Chris Fry

With over 20 years' experience, Chris oversees the Projects teams as well as the R&D department. He has a particular interest in progressive technological advancements.
