Looking forward to helping where I can

I’ve worked at Total Control for  over 15 years now as the Electrical Installation manager and in this time, I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of different people, both as employees within the business and as decent contractors that I've  established strong relationships with over time. 

I've got a good sense of what people would like to see in terms of any changes that might be discussed over the course of our employee ownership.
