Pete Church - Client Services Director


Pete's been with Total Control for 20 years and has a wealth of experience, including management, engineering, design, commissioning and energy.

As the Client Services Director, he is repsonsible for the service and maintenance department; Customer Satisfaction & Retention are key priorities by providing regular/prompt PPM/Callouts/Extra Works organisation and scheduling, quality service engineers and the back office technical support.

To assist with the smooth operation and help with dealing with a high number of customers and PPM contracts, within the department are a general maintenance, extra works and a dedicated (PPM/Extra Works) sales account managers.
