Group Managing Director
With over 20 years' experience within the BMS industry and at Total Control, Martin has been pivotal in our growth after developing and managing our Sales team. Martin has an incredibly dedicated, structured, and meticulous approach, complemented by an intuition and desire to find the optimum solution at all times. Martin now manages the Total Control Group and continues to lead by example with his passion for achievement. In his spare time Martin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, supporting local football and setting personal goals, such as the 3-peaks challenge which he completed in 2019.
Group Operations Director
Starting with the business as an apprentice over 20 years ago, Chris has progressed through a number of roles and now oversees operations across all divisions. His previous experience as Technical Director gives him a head start in creating cutting edge solutions to any business or BMS challenge. With a personal passion for sustainability, energy reduction is a priority on all delivered solutions. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and takes an active role in grassroots football in the local area.
Group Contracts Director
Mark oversees business-related commercial and contractual activities for the Total Control Group. In addition, Mark assists his team to manage Health & Safety across all divisions. His specialist areas include budget and cost management, risk mitigation, project management and legal issues relating to BMS projects. Mark has been a member of Lamberhurst Golf Club for the past 12 years. Golf combines two of Mark's favourite pastimes; taking long walks and spending time outdoors.
Group Client Services Director
For over 30 years, Pete has played an integral part in Total Control's organic growth. With a wealth of experience including management, engineering, commissioning and energy efficiencies, Pete now heads up our Client Services department which oversees the Maintenance and Energy divisions. Pete enjoys cycling and it is his preferred method to commute to the office, he also loves spending time with his family and long dog walks round the local area.
Finance Director
David joined TCS in 2013 as Financial Controller & Business Manager, and with a strong systems implementation background he oversaw our introduction of Exchequer. As Total Control's Finance Director, David is relishing the challenge, with the support of his fellow employee owners, to guide the company on its successful employee ownership journey. In his spare time David enjoys rugby union (as a spectator at local to international level) and playing golf.
